For healthcare professionals
The right people should know your name.
Lea is a personal LinkedIn operator for people in healthcare. She finds the people worth knowing, gets you on their radar, and keeps you visible. Quietly, every week.
For people building a voice, moving into industry, or selling into healthcare.

Morning brief · Tuesday 07:58
Good morning. 3 of the 12 clinical-product people I invited this week accepted overnight, including the digital-health lead at a London trust.
A VC fund just announced a doctor as its newest partner. That's your lane. I've drafted a comment in your voice.
Nothing is posted in your voice without your nod.
Opportunities go to whoever comes to mind first.
The job, the client, the invitation to speak: they find the person whose name came up last week. Staying that person is a job. Lea does that job.
What she does
An operator, not another feed to manage.
01
Get known by the right people
A ten-minute conversation becomes a plan you can read: who matters in your field, and what she does each week. Nothing runs until you approve it.
02
Stay visible without living in the feed
Every week she finds the leaders, founders, and voices shaping your field, and connects at a human pace.
03
Turn visibility into conversations
Comments and replies in your voice wait for your nod. Each morning she tells you what moved. Your part takes minutes.
What you actually get
Your Tuesday takes four minutes.
One example week, in full. Read it, approve what you like, get on with your day.

Morning brief · Tuesday 07:58
Good morning. A quiet week, in the good way. Four of the eleven people I invited accepted, and one of them started a conversation with you on Sunday night.
There is one comment and one reply waiting for your nod. Four minutes and your week on LinkedIn is done.
Accepted this week (4)
Clinical lead, digital health scale-up
Building triage software for primary care, and hiring clinicians into product roles this quarter. Accepted in nine minutes.
Medical director, private hospital group
Posts most Thursdays about theatre productivity. Six people you already know comment under those posts.
Founder, remote monitoring startup
Former registrar who made the move you are making, about two years ahead of you.
Partner, healthcare VC
Led two seed rounds in clinical decision support this year. Reads far more than they post, so I have not suggested a comment.
Seven invitations are still unanswered. I will not chase them. If they sit past a fortnight I will withdraw them quietly, so your pending list stays clean.
Waiting on you · Comment
A consultant anaesthetist two hops from you posted about rota software that models the shift and ignores the handover. Forty one comments, all civil, and the people arguing are the people who buy this sort of thing.
“We hit exactly this. The tool modelled the shift and not the handover, so the twenty minutes where the risk actually lives never showed up in the data. Has anyone seen a rota system that treats handover as an event in its own right?”

The clinical lead who accepted on Monday asked what you are working on at the moment. Short answer, no pitch, one question back.
“Mostly outcomes data, and trying to put it in front of the people who set rotas rather than the people who write about them. What made you go from the ward into product?”
Nothing in this brief has gone out. Both drafts sit exactly where they are until you say otherwise.

Fair questions.
Is this safe for my LinkedIn account?
Safety is the product. Lea works well inside LinkedIn's expected human behaviour: small weekly ceilings, natural sending hours, gaps between actions, and a slow ramp-up on newly connected accounts. She connects to one account, yours, and everything she does is visible to you.
Does she post as me without asking?
No. Anything in your voice (comments, messages, posts) starts approval-first. Each item waits for your nod. If you later decide she's earned it, you can hand her specific actions to run on her own. You can take that back at any time.
Can I stop her?
Instantly. One switch pauses everything, and nothing already queued slips out afterwards. Stop means stop.
What will she never do?
Mass-invite strangers, spam DMs, buy followers, or touch anything outside the plan you approved. She works from a written plan you can read and change.
Why healthcare only?
Because generic tools don't know a consultant from a CRO. Lea is built around how healthcare actually networks: specialties, organisations, industry moves, the people shaping your field.
Be the name that comes up.
Somewhere in your field, someone is deciding who to talk to. Lea makes sure they already know you.
